Pet of the Month - Onyx

This puppy needs your helpFour million cats and dogs—about one every eight seconds—are put down in U.S. shelters each year. Often these animals are the offspring of cherished family pets. Spay/neuter is a proven way to reduce pet overpopulation, ensuring that every pet has a family to love them.  Many cats and dogs who die as a result of pet overpopulation could have made wonderful pets.

A solution is possible and starts with each of us taking one small step: getting our own pets spayed or neutered. To help stop pet overpopulation further, consider adopting your next pet from an animal shelter.

Bianchi Honda cares about animals, and proudly supports the efforts of the local animal shelters including the A.N.N.A. Shelter and the Humane Society.  As animal lovers, we like to do our part by featuring a "Pet In Need" each month in our newsletter.

BREED:  Siberian Husky Mix

LOCATION: The A.N.N.A. Shelter in Erie PA

NAME: Onyx

AGE/GENDER: Young Male

NOTES:
Hi! My name is Onyx! I came to the A.N.N.A Shelter with my 4 brothers and sisters. We are three month old spayed/neutered Siberian Husky mix puppies! We are lovable babies with lots of energy to share. We love people and get along well with other dogs! We are really little and adorable now, but we are going to be very big and energetic dogs! We will need lots of training to make us well-mannered adult dogs. Because of our breed, we will need tons of exercise as we grow to keep us happy and healthy! Huskies can make wonderful pets if they are properly trained and exercised. Please research the breed before you fall in love!!
