
"Since this is the third Honda we purchased from Bianchi, we can honestly say the experience continues to be as wonderful and positive as the first one. Bill Donor was fantastic! He did not pressure us at all, even though I am sure we gave him a headache or two. We were only ‘looking’ when we first arrived trying to figure out what we would get if we decided to retire our 1998 Honda Accord with 213,000 miles on it. It was hard trying to narrow down which vehicle we would get next. Bill let us test drive any and all cars that we wanted too. Well, the new 2013 Accord EX-L just happened to have come in about two days later and Bill called us right away to come and check it out. All it took was one trial ride and our choice was made. Within a few days, the one we ordered came in and we love it.
We would like to add that one of the MAIN reasons we have stayed with Bianchi's since 1983 is that the Service Department is fantastic. There was no pressure from Bill or Heather, so our entire experience was fantastic. It will certainly take a while to learn a lot of the new things on this car but Bill will be there for us when needed. One last note, we kept our 1998 also for grocery getting and such! Some things are just too hard to give up."
We were thrilled by Carole’s kind words, so we contacted Carole to ask her a few more questions about her experience at Bianchi:
Q: What made you decide on the 2013 Honda Accord?
A: One test ride was all it took for us to decide on the 2013 Honda Accord and ordered one the same day.
Q. What is your favorite thing about your new Accord so far?
A: So many things are our favorite, but first on the list has to be the smooth, quiet ride and comfortable seats. The back up camera is great as it makes it easier to back into our garage. The Lane Departure Warning is fantastic for long distance driving even though we have only used it locally thus far. My husband loves the camera that comes on when making a right turn and shows the blind spot on the navigation screen.
Q: Would you recommend the Accord to your family and friends?
A: We would recommend the Accord to everyone and have already done so to both friends and family.
Q: What was done to make your experience so wonderful?
A: We have had Bianchi Honda cars since 1983 and would not think of going anywhere else. In all these years, we have never once felt any pressure when looking for our car. The hardest and most confusing thing for us is which Honda to buy next! It means a lot when Jason Porreco personally comes up, shakes your hand and thanks you for being a valued customer. Everyone has always been friendly and welcomes you.
